Job Title: QHSE Advisor


Location: Echt, Aberdeenshire


Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time


Job Overview: We are seeking a QHSE Advisor to join our team and support our QHSE activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, as well as developing and implementing QHSE policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist in the development and implementation of QHSE policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential QHSE improvements.
Investigate incidents and accidents and develop plans to prevent their recurrence.
Manage documentation and records related to QHSE activities.
Provide training to employees on QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor and report on QHSE performance to management.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and clients, as
required.


Qualifications:

 

  • Degree / HND / HNC / Vocational qualification in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety) or equivalent experience.

  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to QHSE..

  • Experience in developing and implementing QHSE policies and procedures.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
