Legasea Ltd is committed to implementing and maintaining a Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System that continually improves effectiveness and performance, and ensure to consistently provide products and services of the highest quality that meet or exceed the requirements of our internal and external customers, applicable standards, along with ensuring compliance to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Legasea Ltd has established this QHSE Policy along with a Management System that adheres to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards, which applies to all our operations, activities and services.
Legasea Ltd promotes a positive culture based on a passionate QHSE leadership. We are firmly committed to prevention of non-conformity, injury and ill health of all persons within our workplace, Prevention of Pollution and minimizing our environmental footprint through pollution prevention practices. We will:

Identify and control associated business risks which may have adverse impacts to Legasea operations or scope of supply

Providing adequate resources to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the QHSE Management System.

Develop and sustain a culture of routinely doing things right and doing them better, adopting best practices, while building successful relationships both internally and externally.

Providing a safe working environment to all employees, third party contractors, Clients or Suppliers as necessary wherever we work.

Identifying and assessing the risks and hazards associated with Occupational Health, Safety and Environment in the workplace, then acting to prevent, reduce or control these to an acceptable level.

Identify all aspects of Legasea Operations which have an impact to the environment and ensure controls are in place to minimise these impacts.

Promoting ecological sustainability through waste reduction, reuse and recycling opportunities.

Provide the required training to allow personnel to carry out their role in a safe and competent manner.

Identify training needs and conduct training, familiarization and knowledge share as required.

Establishing, reviewing and reporting publicly on QHSE performance, measured against set objectives and targets in line with this policy.

Ensuring the management system is integrated throughout all parts of our business processes and is driving continuous improvement.

Communicating this policy to personnel at all levels within the organisation, the members of the public and other interested parties upon request.
Legasea recognises that the proactive effort and commitment of all its employees in health and safety is central to improving the company’s performance. All employees and contractors are empowered, and duty bound to:

Take personal responsibility for their own, and others around them, health and safety.

Work to Legasea procedures, standards, safe systems of work, and HSE guidance & laws.

Stop any task they deem to be unsafe, taking appropriate action to make the situation safe.

Report all incidents, accidents and near misses, Legasea will review all lessons learnt and take corrective action.
This QHSE Policy and the Management System will be periodically reviewed to ensure continuing suitability, to ensure it meets the requirements of Legasea, our customers, and the industry.
